Here at Jim's Camper Service, we know that getting out on the road and enjoying our great country is your priority, and we will help keep you traveling in comfort and style.

what to expect: service

  1. Feel free to call ahead, but the process really starts when you drop your camper off. You have the opportunity to explain what is going on with your unit, what you would like done, and ask as many questions as you would like.
  2. Now your unit is put in the line-up. We generally work on a first-come, first-served basis, but we understand some jobs are time-sensitive. If we know when we create the work order that we will for sure need parts, we order them when we at this time so we will have the parts on hand when we get to your unit.
  3. It's time! Your unit is next in line. We pull it into the shop, and start going over your to-do list. If there is a problem you would like us to investigate and solve, we will start diagnosis. This may take some time! And in the process we may find more parts that we need to order. We will do as much as we can, but it is possible that we have to pull it back out and wait while the part is on it's way. When the part comes for your unit, the RV comes back up to the shop for immediate service, no waiting. We finish the job and complete the work order. 
  4. The work order is submitted to the office for invoicing. The time between your camper getting done and you getting a call is generally about 10 minutes.
  5. YOU GET TO GO CAMPING AGAIN!!!!!! 


*Payment is due in full before the unit leaves our lot.
*After hours pickup is only by appointment, but can be arranged. 
*Storage fees will be assessed if the unit is not picked up in a timely manner

Need a replacement part? We can help! 

Did you know that RV manufacturers change things up ALL THE TIME with what components they use in their campers? To help us make sure we get you the right part, please consider bringing in the part you need replaced, or pictures of the part. Include any part numbers, model numbers, or logos that you see on the part. 

We keep the most common replacement parts on hand, so most of the time you will be able to drop by and have us hand you the part you need. 

We have part catalogs available if you would like to take one with you - just ask!
